We can accept all returns/drop-offs if they have a barcode label. We also can accept USPS QR codes.
However, at this time we cannot accept FedEx or UPS QR codes.

We are an authorized shipper of UPS, FEDEX, USPS and DHL. We can accept your return if it has a bar code label from any of these shipping companies.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept FedEx or UPS QR codes. These codes are exclusive to the UPS and FEDEX stores. We hope that we will have the rights to this technology in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
