​Returns & Drop Offs

We can accept all returns/drop-offs if they have a barcode label.  At this time we cannot accept QR codes.

​We are an authorized shipper of UPS, FEDEX, USPS and DHL. We can accept your return if it has a bar code label from any of these shipping companies.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept QR codes.  These codes are exclusive to the UPS and FEDEX stores and the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We hope that we will have the rights to this technology in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
